Flood in Pakistan 2010

Floods caused heavy destruction in Pakistan

Floods caused huge destruction in Pakistan's north-west region, and have now hit villages and some urban centers in Punjab, Sindh and AJK.

More than 6,500 people have so far been killed and 10 million affected by the worst flooding in Pakistan in living memory.

Entire villages have been washed away, along with 75 bridges, which is impeding access to the affected areas. Help is now needed to try to stop the spreading of water-borne diseases, a high risk until the floods fully recede.

UrduPoint has always helped the Pakistanis in such disasters, in past we have helped massively with support of our users, specially during earth quakes, and national disasters.

We have joined hands with major private sector charities in Pakistan to help the flood victums.

Please donate at your earliest to save the millions effected by the flood.
